Willy Schumacher
Principal founder of the management consulting company, LeadershipOne AG. In his role as chairman of the board and senior partner he applies his global experience and industry expertise from over 35 years, supporting clients and making companies successful on a sustainable basis. Most recently, he has been CEO and Managing Director with P&L responsibility for a global business in the energy sector. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering complemented with various programs in business administration at IMD Lausanne and an executive leadership development program at Stanford University. During his career he lived in Switzerland, USA, Egypt, Sweden, Finland, France and Germany. Languages include Swiss German, German, English and French.
